These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our services and the purchase of products from Riva Vibes. By accessing our website and making a purchase, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but slight variations in colour, size, and details may occur due to different display settings or lighting conditions.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in INR and may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time. If an error occurs in pricing, we may cancel affected orders.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order based on product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept prepaid and COD payments via Razorpay’s payment gateway. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected method. COD orders may have additional handling charges.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped within 3–7 days. Free shipping on orders above ₹400, and ₹60 charge applies to lower-value orders. We are not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, missing, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours. Refunds (excluding shipping fees) are processed within 4–5 days after verification. COD refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the purchased product.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian laws. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of our registered business location.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
